Scope

Applies to consulting, training, subscriptions and digital products.

How to Cancel

• Email info@thechriscode.co.za with your name, order/booking ID, and service date.
• Effective when we confirm in writing.

Cooling‑Off (where applicable)

Where required by law (e.g., certain distance/direct‑marketing sales), cancel within 5 business days for a full refund if services haven’t started and no custom work has begun.

Windows & Refunds

• Full refund ≥ 24h before; 50% refund 24–48h; no refund < 48h or no‑show. One reschedule allowed with notice.

Subscriptions

• Cancel ≥ 30 calendar days before next billing to stop future charges. Access continues to term end.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds to original method within 15 business days.

Governance & Changes

South African law applies. Specific product terms override in case of conflict. Policy may be updated.
