Returns & Refunds Policy

Scope

Applies to purchases on https://www.thechriscode.co.za including digital content, coaching/consultations, and physical products (if offered). Governed by CPA and ECTA.

Your Statutory Rights

• ECTA cooling-off (5 working days): Cancel within 5 working days from delivery/conclusion (return & delivery costs may apply).
• CPA direct marketing (5 business days): If purchased via direct marketing, 5 business days from delivery/conclusion.
• CPA defective goods (7 days): Return unsafe/defective goods within 7 days for repair/replacement.

Digital Products & Courses

• No standard refunds once access is granted.
• Defects/inaccessibility: notify within 2 days for remedy, replacement or refund.

Coaching & Consultation

• Full refund ≥ 24h before; 50% refund 24–48h; no refund < 48h or no-show. Reschedule permitted with notice.

Physical Merchandise (if offered)

• Return within 5 working days, unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return/delivery. Refunds within 15 working days after inspection.

How to Request

1. Email info@thechriscode.co.za with order/booking, item/service, reason.
2. Acknowledgement within 2 business days and next steps.
3. Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 15 business days.
